personalised 1:1 coaching

Our confidential time together will be customised specifically to suit YOU and what you need to achieve your goals and dreams. Coaching sessions are done in person or via Messenger/ZOOM and are for 45 minutes each session.

As your coach I can support you with:

21 Day healthy reset

Kick-start your health and wellbeing by joining me and others on a 21 Day Healthy Reset and set yourself up with sustainable healthy lifestyle habits.  We will work together on making positive, healthy sustainable changes to your life around food, exercise, stress, and sleep to get you feeling your best.

• 2 x 30-minute personal coaching sessions with me to help you work out your goals and how best to achieve them (in-person or via Messenger/ZOOM)

• Evidenced-based information and support sent to you throughout the 21 days specifically tailored for you and your individual goals

• Support from a community of like-minded people who want to achieve their goals just like you, via WhatsApp

EXPLORing WHOLEFOODS

We know that what we eat effects all aspects of our lives including weight, sleep, concentration, energy, hormones, mental health, and confidence.  Are you keen to understand how to incorporate more fresh, unprocessed food into your life and to reduce processed refined foods?   What does it mean to eat wholefoods? 

This is a special two-hour session where we will work together to identify what wholefoods look like and which foods to choose to nourish your body.  We will focus on reading and understand food labels, where to buy wholefoods and learn about new food items/products.  We will look at what is in the pantry versus the fridge to identify nourishing real food items.  The session will include recipes, resources, and meal ideas.
